SPEAKER SCHEDULE

The LNG speaker schedule will be updated on a quarterly basis to reflect changes in LNG membership. New members will be given priority in the next quarter's schedule. With approximately 30 members in LNG, you should expect to speak once every 7 months.

If you will be unable to speak on the date allotted to you:

• Please contact a member scheduled to speak in the near future and swap speaking dates. Also, please, inform the Speaker Schedule Administrator of the change.
• If you are unable to swap dates with an upcoming speaker, please contact the Speaker Schedule Administrator for assistance.
• Members who miss their speaking date without making an effort to arrange a replacement will lose their spot, and will be added to the end of the rotation.
